Saddle up and join Lonestar Dads for a FREE day of family fun at the Lonestar Roundup! This event is the perfect opportunity for dads and their families to experience the beauty of Texas on horseback. Lonestar Dads is the largest community of dads in Texas, and they’re inviting all dads and their families to join them for a day of adventure and bonding.

At the Lone Star Roundup, you’ll get the chance to ride horses with your family, learn about the anatomy and care it takes, and take in the beautiful sights and sounds of Texas. Whether you’re an experienced rider or a beginner, there’s something for everyone at this event. The Lonestar Dads and Bryan Taylor will provide all the necessary equipment and instruction, so all you need to bring is your sense of adventure and a willingness to have fun!

After horseback riding, there will be a food truck there for you to purchase food. This is a great opportunity to relax, socialize, and make new friends with other dads and families in the Lonestar Dads community. So come out and join us for a day of family fun and adventure at the Lone Star Roundup!

Ages:

All ages welcome. Any children under 5 can ride a pony as long as the parents walks next to the pony and holds onto the child. All children 5 and over can ride a horse.

Attendance:

You can show up any time between the hours of 10 AM and 2 PM. Event ends at 3 PM, entrance will be closed at 2 PM.

What To Bring:

Please bring camping chairs to sit in. Also, although this event is free please consider tipping those helping with the horses. Cashapp/Zelle/Venmo will be an option if you choose to tip.

Entertainment:

While your kids are waiting to ride, we will have entertainment for them. Bounce houses, face painting and other activities to keep them busy while they wait their turn.
